Unlike Rekall, we do offer refunds – if you need to return any item/s you have bought from us, please send the goods back to us within 14 days of the purchase date and make sure they are returned unworn and unwashed, and with their original tags and packaging.

Please note, we cannot accept returns on washed items - this is due to the natural fading/distressing of screen printing inks over time. Due to the delicate nature of screen printing, all of our t-shirts must be washed at a cool temp of 30⁰ or less to avoid rapid degradation of the ink. To avoid shrinkage, do not tumble dry but line dry instead.

How to return or exchange:

Email plisskentees@gmail.com requesting a Returns Form.

Print and fill out the Returns Form, stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Your Returns Form will also contain the postal address to which you must return the item - which is PLISSKEN, PO BOX 67361, LONDON, N8 1BZ.

If an exchange is required, please state the size and colour you require.

The garment must be unworn and unwashed, and must retain its original tags and packaging – please then wrap and seal the package securely, making sure to include your Returns Form.

You must always obtain a 'Certificate of Posting’ form from your local Post Office and retain it as proof of postage because, unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items that fail to reach us.

We are fully compliant with distance selling regulations. Goods are returned to us at your own expense. We can only refund delivery charges if the return is a result of our error, or faulty goods.

Refund credits will be issued immediately upon receipt of the unwanted item/s.

You will receive your exchanged order within 5 working days for UK customers and 10 working days for overseas customers. Please note, we never charge to send an exchanged item back to you.

You will be notified by email if an item you have requested is out of stock and we will give you an estimated timescale of re-delivery, to see if this is satisfactory.
